How do I place my order?

All Phish Fall Tour Travel Packages must be purchased online. Packages will go on sale Nashville Travel Packages go on sale on July 12 at 11am ET / 10am CT; Chicago Travel Packages go on sale one hour later at 12pm ET / 11am CT!  After you click “purchase” next to your desired package, you will be directed to our ticketing partner to make and finalize your order. Within the purchase process, you will be able to select either GA Floor or Premium Reserved seats.

Do the Travel Packages include concert tickets for all three nights in my desired market?

YES! All Nashville Travel Packages include two (2) three-night tickets to Phish at Bridgestone Arena on October 6th, 7th, and 8th. All Chicago Travel Packages include two (2) three-night tickets to Phish at United Center on October 13th, 14th, and 15th.

How do I know where my seats will be if I purchase a Travel Package?

Your seats will either be Premium Reserved or GA Floor dependent on the package you purchase. When purchasing a package with Premium Reserved Seats, your specific seat locations will be displayed throughout the purchase process.

Will my seats be the same for all three nights?

Yes! You will have the same seat locations or ticket type for all three nights included within your Travel Package.

How and where will I receive my tickets for the Phish Fall Tour?

We have entered the digital age, and we’re going to make things easier for you. All tickets for Phish Fall Tour will now be digital. You will receive your digital tickets in your Ticketmaster account within a few weeks of the event taking place. You will be required to use the same email address used to purchase your travel package to receive your tickets in your Ticketmaster account. Don’t worry, there will be a friendly and knowledgeable 100x Staff member at each hotel on check-in day to help you with any questions or issues that arise.

Do the Phish Fall Tour Travel Packages have an age restriction?

Yes, All Travel Packages have an age restriction of 21+ to check in at the hotel. Those under 21 can still occupy a room and attend the show, however the primary booker of the reservation must be 21+ for hotel check-in. Valid photo identification is required.

How do I receive my merchandise?

All Travel Package merchandise gifts must be picked up on-site at your hotel. We will make this easy for you at check-in, with further instructions provided closer to the event. Please note we cannot ship merchandise before or after the event.

Is the price listed on the website the total price or the price per person?

The price listed on our website is the price for two (2) guests, not including taxes and fees.

Is there a payment plan for these packages?

Yes! There is a payment plan for these travel packages. An initial 60% will be charged upon purchasing your package and a final 40% payment will automatically be deducted on Friday, August 18, 2023. If you purchase after August 18, 2023, you will be charged for the full payment at the time of your purchase. This is an automatic payment plan, meaning you’re on the plan by simply clicking “purchase!”

What time is check-in and check-out at the available hotels?

There is no guarantee that you will be able to check in earlier than the hotel’s standard check-in time. If you need to arrive at the hotel early, we will work with each hotel to make sure that your bags can be stored and easily accessible until your check-in time. 100x abides by the hotel’s standard policy:

Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown:
Check-in: Friday, October 6th at 3 PM CT
Check-out: Monday, October 9th at  11 AM CT

Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago
Friday, October 13th at 3 PM CT
Check-out: Monday, October 16th 12 PM CT

Ambassador Chicago Hotel
Check-in: Friday, October 13th at 3 PM
Check-out: Monday, October 16th at 12 PM CT

What parking is available at the hotel?

100x Travel Packages do not include parking. Please visit each hotel’s respective website for information and rates regarding parking. 

Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown:  Parking available for a daily rate of $50. Learn more here

Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago: The hotel offers valet parking, featuring in/out privileges for $75 per day.

Ambassador Chicago Hotel:  Valet parking is available for $62 nightly.

How far is each hotel from the venue?

We chose these hotels not just because they are comfortable and provide a high-quality guest experience, but also because of their close proximity to the venue:

Sheraton Grand Nashville Downtown: .4 miles / 10 minute walk

Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago: 3.2 miles / 10 minute drive (depending on traffic)

Ambassador Chicago Hotel: 3.6 miles / 15 minute drive (depending on traffic)

Can I book additional nights at the hotel with my package? If so, how can I do this?

If you would like to stay longer than your travel package dates, you will need to book your additional nights as a separate reservation through the hotel directly. Please make sure you select the same room type purchased with your travel package. Once you have booked additional nights, you can contact us directly through this website to request to connect the reservations. We will do our best to work with the hotel to accommodate! All requests must be submitted to 100x no later than September 22nd.

Can I acquire Accessible Seating as a part of the Travel Package?

Availability and type of accessible seating tickets will vary based on the venue’s availability. If you would like to inquire about Accessible Seating as part of the travel package, please reach out to us through this website immediately after purchase. We will go over all available options. Be sure to include your name, travel package name and order number when reaching out to us.

Do I need to be vaccinated for COVID-19 to purchase a travel package and attend the event?

In the best interest of fans and staff, the Event Organizer will continue to monitor local COVID-19 trends and meet or exceed protocols mandated by local governments. By purchasing tickets to this event, you agree to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of the event, which may include wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 test. Government mandates, venue protocols, and event requirements are subject to change. For more information, please visit the Bridgestone Arena (Nashville) or the United Center (Chicago) website.

I purchased a package as a gift and will not be in attendance. How can the gift recipient redeem the package on my behalf?

After the original purchaser receives their tickets in their Ticketmaster account in the weeks leading up to the event, they have the opportunity to transfer tickets to an alternative guest. Please find more details on how to transfer tickets via mobile and desktop on the Ticketmaster page here. Please note that travel package tickets are 3-day event passes; therefore, they cannot be split by day. The lead purchaser can transfer a ticket to someone else, but then the person they transferred to owns the ticket and would have to transfer it back to the original owner so they can use it for a subsequent show.

I transferred my digital tickets as a gift. How will the new ticket holders check into their hotel room and pick up their merchandise items?

If you are wishing to gift your package to someone else you will need to reach out to us using the email address you used to purchase your Travel Package in order to update the will call name. Please reach out to us through this website and notify us of the new ticket holder’s name, email address and phone number in order for our team to update the reservation.Once you have notified us, the new package holder will be able to pick up their event passes, check in to their hotel room and pick up their event merchandise at the hotel associated with their travel package!

What if my plans change and I no longer want my purchased Travel Package?

All 100x Travel Packages are non-refundable. Please refer to our Purchase Policy for complete details.
